By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, requesting a transfer, arranging a delivery or using any other service we offer, you accept these terms in full.

If you are using the website or services on behalf of a patient, a family member or a care community, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that you accept these terms on behalf of that person or entity. Where these terms conflict with a separate written agreement that you have signed with us, the signed agreement will control for the services it covers.

2. Description of Services

ASPN Pharmacies, LLC provides prescription filling, medication synchronization, medication therapy reviews, immunizations, home delivery and long-term care pharmacy. Our services are delivered through a modern pharmacy wall of prescription canisters and fill stations, and they are supported by the scheduling, verification and record keeping systems that keep a medication list accurate.

We may add, modify or retire a service at any time, and we will provide reasonable notice of a change that materially affects an active service. Descriptions on our website are provided for general information and do not create a guarantee of a particular outcome. The specific terms that apply to a service will be confirmed when you request it and will be reflected in the records we keep for your account.

3. Eligibility and Authority

Our website is intended for adults and for caregivers acting with proper authority. To use our services you must be able to form a binding contract in the jurisdiction where you live, or you must act through a parent, guardian or legal representative who can do so on your behalf. By using the services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to request the service.

Where a prescription or a service is requested for another person, you confirm that you have that person consent or another lawful basis to act. We may ask for documentation to confirm authority, and we may decline a request if authority cannot be established. We may also decline a request if fulfilling it would breach a legal or professional obligation.

4. Prescriptions and Orders

A prescription must be valid, current and issued by a prescriber who is authorized to prescribe the medication in question. We verify each order against the patient record and may contact the prescriber to clarify the drug, the strength, the quantity or the directions before we fill it. We are not obligated to fill a prescription that is incomplete, that appears to be altered, or that we cannot lawfully dispense.

Order acceptance occurs when we confirm that the prescription has been verified and a pharmacist has approved the fill. Submitting a request through our website or by telephone does not by itself create an accepted order. We will notify you if an order cannot be filled, and we will explain the reason to the extent the law allows.

You are responsible for checking that the medication you receive matches what your prescriber intended and for following the directions on the label. If anything appears incorrect, do not take the medication and contact us immediately so that we can investigate.

5. Professional Discretion

Our pharmacists exercise independent professional judgment in every aspect of dispensing and patient care. That judgment includes the decision to verify an order, to contact a prescriber, to recommend an alternative, to provide counseling or to decline to fill a prescription that raises a clinical or legal concern. Nothing on our website overrides that judgment.

6. Medication Synchronization

Synchronization is a convenience and a safety measure, and it does not change the clinical decisions that your prescriber makes.

You may withdraw from synchronization at any time by contacting us. If you withdraw, individual refill dates will be restored and you will be responsible for collecting or receiving each medication separately. We may suspend synchronization for a particular medication if the law, the prescription or a supply issue prevents us from aligning it as planned, and we will tell you when that happens.

7. Home Delivery Terms

Home delivery is available for eligible orders on the synchronized date. When you request delivery, you are responsible for providing an accurate address, a delivery window and the name of a person who can receive the package. You are also responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is safe and accessible for the courier.

We may require a signature or another confirmation of receipt for certain items. If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, because no one can receive the package or because access is blocked, we may return the order to the pharmacy and arrange another attempt. Repeated failed deliveries may lead us to require counter pickup instead.

You should inspect a delivery promptly and store the medication as directed, including refrigerating items that require cold storage. If a package arrives damaged, if the contents are incorrect or if a package does not arrive when expected, contact us immediately so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, replace the order.

8. Long-Term Care Services

Long-term care services are provided to care communities under the terms agreed with the facility and, where applicable, with the resident or the resident representative. Packs are prepared by dose, labeled for the resident and reconciled on a fixed schedule. The care community is responsible for storing the packs correctly, administering them as directed and reporting any discrepancy promptly.

We coordinate with the facility on order cutoffs, emergency supply and delivery windows. If a facility changes a resident medication list, it must notify us promptly so that we can update the pack and the record. We are not responsible for an error that results from a change that was not reported to us, although we will assist in resolving any issue that arises.

9. Accounts and Contact Information

You agree to provide accurate and current contact information and to update it whenever it changes. Accurate contact information allows us to reach you about a refill, a coverage question or a delivery window. If we cannot reach you, we may pause an order until we can confirm the details.

You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe that a credential has been compromised, contact us immediately so that we can secure the account. We may suspend an account if we detect suspicious activity or a risk to the pharmacy or to other patients.

10. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and only for its intended purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or the systems behind it, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or use the website to send spam or unlawful material.

You must not misrepresent your identity, submit false information, or use the website in a way that could harm another person or the pharmacy. These communications are part of the service and help keep your medication schedule accurate.

Where we wish to send marketing communications, we will ask for your consent separately and you may withdraw that consent at any time. You may also update your communication preferences by contacting us. We will honor a request to stop marketing messages promptly, while continuing to send service messages that are necessary to provide safe pharmacy care.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, layout, graphics, logos and the visual design of the pharmacy wall, is owned by ASPN Pharmacies, LLC or is used with permission, and it is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. The name ASPN Pharmacies, LLC, our logo and our visual identity may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written consent.
